The Embassy of the Republic of Liberia near Brussels is Liberia’s Diplomatic mission accredited to the Benelux Countries (Belgium, Netherlands and Luxemburg) with multiple accreditations to International Organizations which includes but not limited to ; European Union (EU) , Organizations of African Caribbean and Pacific States (OACPS) previously known as ACP, States Parties to the International Criminal Court (ICC) in the Hague- Netherlands, Organization for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapon (OPCW) Hague, Netherlands and the European Investment Bank in Luxemburg.

The Brussels Mission Major functions are to represent the sending state (Liberia), to protect its nationals (Liberians), to negotiate with Governments of receiving states on Bilateral and Multilateral relations and reinforce, reposition and commits Liberia’s continuous effort towards achieving our national interest..
The Mission is situated near Brussels, Belgium which is also consider the ‘’Capital of Europe’’ and a Global multilateral terrain that hosts over 252 embassies and missions.
The mission is located directly opposite the European Union Headquarters which gives Unique visibility to our representation.
The Embassy in Brussels is the only Mission in the European Union that issues Liberian Passports. The Mission also issues Visa to qualified foreigners wishing to visit Liberia for Official, Business, Leisure/Tourism.
